eHealth joins global GovTech Intelligence Hub: Ukrainian eHealth system gains international recognition

Ukraine’s eHealth system has been recognized globally by the GovTech Intelligence Hub for its national impact. Built by Edenlab, it powers millions of records and professionals. Kodjin, inspired by this work, helps scale interoperable health data solutions.

We’re proud to share that eHealth, Ukraine’s national eHealth system, has been officially recognized by the GovTech Intelligence Hub – a global platform launched by the World Economic Forum, GGTC Berlin, and GGTC Kyiv to highlight outstanding digital public sector solutions worldwide.

This recognition places eHealth among the most impactful government technology (GovTech) initiatives globally. The system serves as the core digital infrastructure for healthcare in Ukraine, with:

  • Over 37 million patient records
  • 400,000+ healthcare professionals
  • 17,000+ registered medical institutions
  • 4 billion+ electronic medical documents

We’re especially excited about this milestone. While Kodjin is not part of the eHealth system, our platform was born out of the technical expertise, scale, and challenges Edenlab has encountered while building eHealth solutions at a national level.

Kodjin’s modular FHIR platform was created to help governments and enterprises implement complex, interoperable health data solutions faster – drawing on years of hands-on experience with national-scale health IT.

This is a win for the entire digital health community and a signal of what’s possible when government and tech align with purpose and drive real impact.
