Costs and Conditions
- The pricing of Kodjin FHIR Server consists of a monthly license fee (billed quarterly or annually) based on the volume of requests per server per month and the number of installations.
- Each installation contains unlimited clusters of the server (Development, Sandbox, Test, Production, etc.). The limitation is only subject to infrastructure, and the total volume of requests covered by the license.
- Fees are billed quarterly or annualy (with a discount), and include support and maintenance.
- Fees are not dependent on data storage volumes, or the number of resources, connected apps, patients, care providers or users, or infrastructure or hardware. Additional fees are subject to the following: additional installations may be required for scaling, fail-over or on-premise installations on multiple sites.
- All HL7 ® FHIR ® specs supported by the Kodjin FHIR Server are included in the license fee with no additional costs. The HL7 ® FHIR ® specs include, but are not limited to: Rest API, Search, Bulk Data Export, Bulk Data Import, FHIR profiles validations (FHIRPath, structure, cardinality, slicing, binding), Terminology Server, Authorization & Authentication, History, Multi-tenancy, SMART on FHIR spec, UCUM, Subscriptions.

Conditions
No limitations or restrictions apply for using Kodjin FHIR Server, other than defined in the license for scaling.
Edenlab will not maintain any relationship with end-users, e.g. customers or users of our customers, patients or third-party app developers, of the FHIR Server API.
In accessing data, there are no limitations or restrictions set by Edenlab and Kodjin.
Edenlab does not have access to any PHI. Hosting and infrastructure are handled by the customer.
Our customers are free to market, offer, and distribute products and services related to Kodjin FHIR Server within the scope of the license (the number of production installations and volume of requests).
Edenlab guarantees the required support, maintenance, documentation to enable the implementation, deployment and use of Kodjin FHIR Server.The terms and conditions of the Kodjin FHIR server apply.
